This beautiful statement hat is difficult to describe in 80 characters! It was evidently also too sassy for our two models, the mannequin, and the paper towels.
The band size is 7w, and the hat is dark blue with a purple band. Featuring a feather that would be correctly pointed to the right as not to shade the lady's face as in the history of fascinators, this would put her to the right of her intended, and hence the fascinator would tilt to the right as not to shield her face. 
The hat features a veil, and in case there is a breeze, since this one did not come with a headband or hair combs nor clips, it features ... ear loops.
