This book is a "mini" Appx 5 1/2" L x 4" W, Green Hardcover.
It is Inscribed: Jefferson City, d. 16. April 1905. - There are a few messages - please see the photos - to the recipient, in a lovely script that we cannot read a word of and did not have the time to translate, as well as a card that was found in the pages of the book. 
The book cover and binding are both in excellent shape, for a book from a 1903 Reprint of a 1902 Copyright.
